Thinking of selling your site?
If you own a storage yard, a container site, a block of lock-ups or a small group of units and you're thinking about selling, now or in a few years, we'd like to hear from you.
We're operators ourselves. We're looking to buy sites in Lincolnshire, Rutland, Peterborough and along the A1, and we'll talk about sites further afield too. We can move without a chain of agents, and we're happy to keep your existing tenants in place.
Everything is confidential. A short email with the location and roughly what's there is enough to start.
